    How to use every option

    1. Pick a mode β€” Focus, Short Break, or Long Break tabs load that session's saved duration.
    2. Set durations in Timer Settings β€” focus length, short/long break length, and how many focus sessions before a long break. Saved automatically to this device.
    3. Name your task in the task input β€” it appears on screen during the focus session.
    4. Start, Pause, Stop, or Skip β€” Start begins the countdown, Pause freezes it, Stop resets the current session, Skip jumps straight to the next mode.
    5. Choose sounds β€” pick an alert sound for session end, an optional looping ambient sound for focus time, enable a soft per-second tick, and set volume.
    6. Turn on notifications to get a desktop alert when a session ends, even if the tab isn't focused.
    7. Set a background β€” solid color, a multi-stop gradient (add as many stops as you like, angle and linear/radial type included), or a themed photo from a category.
    8. Accept a challenge β€” general challenges are available anytime; weekend challenges unlock Saturday/Sunday and require longer focus blocks.
    9. Track tasks in the to-do list β€” add, check off, and remove items alongside your sessions.
    10. Review stats β€” sessions and focus minutes today, lifetime totals, and your day streak. Download as JSON or reset anytime.
    11. Use keyboard shortcuts β€” Space to start/pause, S to stop, R to reset, F to toggle fullscreen focus view.
    12. Celebrate β€” finishing a focus session triggers a short animation; dismiss it early or let it end on its own after 30 seconds.
