How to use every mode

  1. Standard mode — basic arithmetic (+ − × ÷ %), parentheses, sign toggle (±), backspace, and full clear. Type with your keyboard or tap the keypad; press Enter or = to evaluate.
  2. Scientific mode — adds trig (sin/cos/tan and their inverses), hyperbolic functions, natural/base-10/base-n logs, powers and roots, e, π, factorial, nPr/nCr, and a random-number key. Tap DEG to cycle Degree → Radian → Gradian angle modes, which affects every trig function immediately.
  3. Memory keys — M+ adds the current result to memory, M− subtracts it, MR recalls the stored value into the display, MC clears it. An "M" badge shows when memory holds a nonzero value.
  4. Ans — every result is stored automatically; type ans in a new expression to reuse the last answer.
  5. Programmer mode — type a value into any of Decimal/Binary/Octal/Hex and the others update instantly. Set a word size (8/16/32/64-bit), then run AND, OR, XOR, NOT, or bit-shift operations on two decimal values.
  6. Matrix mode — pick 2×2 or 3×3, fill in Matrix A (and B, where relevant), then choose Add, Subtract, Multiply, Determinant, Inverse, or Transpose and click Calculate.
  7. Complex mode — enter the real and imaginary parts of A and B, then click Add/Subtract/Multiply/Divide, or get the modulus/argument of A alone.
  8. Equation Solver — choose Linear (ax + b = 0) or Quadratic (ax² + bx + c = 0), enter the coefficients, and solve; quadratic roots are shown as complex numbers when the discriminant is negative.
  9. Statistics — paste or type a list of numbers (comma, space, or newline separated) to get count, sum, mean, median, mode, min, max, range, variance, and standard deviation (population and sample).
  10. Number Theory — get the GCD and LCM of two numbers, check whether a number is prime, or get its full prime factorization.
  11. Graphing — type any function of x, set an x-range, and click Plot to render the curve on a canvas with axes and gridlines.
  12. Constants — browse a reference table of common mathematical and physical constants.
  13. Copy or reuse a result — click Copy Result to copy the current display value, or click any entry in Local History to load that exact expression back in.
