It's calculated two ways at once: a calendar breakdown (years, months, and days, accounting for varying month lengths and leap years) and a total count (total days, weeks, hours, minutes, and seconds between the two exact moments).
By default the end date is excluded, matching standard date-math convention. Toggle "Include end date" to add one extra day, common when counting things like hotel nights or inclusive date ranges.
The Business Days mode counts every calendar day in the range, then subtracts your chosen weekend days (defaulting to Saturday and Sunday) and any dates you list as holidays, giving a working-day total.
Yes. The Age Calculator mode takes a birth date and compares it to today or any custom date, showing exact age in years/months/days, total days lived, and a live countdown to the next birthday.
Yes. Batch mode accepts one "start, end" pair per line and calculates every row in a single pass, with a copy or CSV export of the results table.

The calendar breakdown (e.g. "2 years, 3 months, 10 days") accounts for exact month lengths, while "total months" in the stats grid is a rough decimal average (total days ÷ 30.44), not a calendar-accurate figure.
